Press 3 to schedule an appointment for a patient who has not been assigned to a physician.
The scheduler will ask for all necessary information regarding your child, including demographics, medical history and Insurance. Once that is completed there are several options that vary by diagnosis/complaint, which include:
- If no testing is required and you have a specific urologist in mind, then you will be scheduled by that physician's scheduler.
- If no testing is required and there is not a specific urologist that you want your child to see, then the information is given to our nursing coordinator, who will assign your child to a doctor.
- If testing is required and has been done, the scheduler will request that those results and possibly films be sent for your child's doctor to review so that if additional testing is needed, it can be scheduled at the time of the initial visit.
- If testing is required and has not been done, the scheduler will get the assigned doctor's request and schedule those tests for the initial office visit.
