ASK stands for Advocating Success for Kids and serves the Centro de Atención Primaria del Children's Hospital, Bowdoin Street Community Health Center, Joseph M. Smith Community Health Center y Centro de Salud Martha Eliot.
escuela The ASK Program at Children's Hospital Boston works with children under the age of 14 who are having learning, developmental, emotional or behavioral problems in school or at home.

Our multi-disciplinary team offers evaluation of developmental, learning and/or behavioral difficulties, referral for services, and advocacy.

Our program goals include:
  • improving the school functioning of children
  • providing comprehensive developmental/behavioral health services in primary care settings
  • empowering families to advocate for their children
We also hope to encourage families, educators, and health care providers to get children into appropriate behavioral and educational services early on. The earlier these services are implemented, the more successful the outcome for the child.
